Closing of the December 2023 period will take place on January 6-7, 2024 as usual.
Commissions to registered sole proprietors and self-employed partners in Russia will be made in the following order:
- Starting from January 8, 2024 — receipt of applications and the beginning of payments.
Please note that Greenway Global corporate office, call center, warehouses and Greenway Markets will be open on December 31, 2023 and during the New Year holidays.
Working schedule of the head office and call-center:
- December 31, 2023 — until 14:00 (CET) mail on the website and online chat are available for you;
- January 1 and 2, 2024 are days off for the central office;
- From January 3, 2024 — online chat available;
- From January 4, 2024, the work of the hotline and specialists resumes.
Warehouse schedule:
- From December 30, 2023 to January 2, 2024 — order assembly is suspended;
- From January 3, 2024, order assembly begins;
- From January 4, 2024, the transfer of orders to transport companies will resume as usual.
The days from December 31, 2023 to January 9, 2024 are official New Year vacations in Russia. Most banks and transportation companies will not work in Russia during that period. Please take this into account in your work.
Working schedule* of Greenway-Markets during the holidays:
- December 31, 2023 — Greenway Markets are open until 14.00 (local time);
- From January 1 to January 2, 2024 — holidays;
- January 3, 2024 — Greenway Markets are open for you according to the regular schedule;
- January 7, 2024 is a working day at all Greenway Markets.
*Exceptions are possible if there are restrictions from the rental property.
